Editorial policy

How we separate evidence, interpretation, advertising and correction across ExecutiveAssistantJobs.com.au.

Effective and last reviewed: 24 September 2026

01

Facts and interpretation

Facts attributed to employers, government bodies or research publishers are linked to their source. Our conclusions—such as likely workload, career level or questions to ask—are labelled as editorial analysis.

02

Vacancy verification

A current job is checked against an original employer or authorised recruitment source where available. We record the verification date, closing information and material eligibility conditions visible at review time.

03

Historical hiring signals

Past vacancies can show that an organisation hires executive-support professionals. They are never presented as proof that the employer is currently recruiting.

04

Salary treatment

We preserve whether a figure is base salary, package, classification band, FTE rate or inclusive of super. Where we calculate a comparison, the assumption is stated.

05

Independence and commercial influence

Paid relationships, promoted listings or employer-provided material must be disclosed. Commercial participation does not permit an advertiser to rewrite independent analysis or remove accurate criticism.

06

Corrections and updates

Material errors are corrected promptly. We distinguish factual corrections from ordinary editorial updates and invite readers or employers to provide a primary source.

Readers can request a correction through the published corrections process. We assess the evidence, update the page when required and retain editorial independence over analysis and opinion.
